In the Advanced Boot Options screen, verify Repair Your Computer is selected and then press the Enter key.
If the Repair Your Computer option in not available in step 3, this procedure is not supported on your computer model and service may be required. IMPORTANT: This option is available on most VAIO® computers, but not all.
A recovery environment is available which will allow you to use the Startup Repair, System Restore, Windows® Complete PC Restore, Windows Memory Diagnostics Tool or Command Prompt features when the operating system will not boot.
